Mr. Turunen previously worked as a Board Member in various international companies, like Ifolor AG, Minick AG (acquired by Swisscom AG), Distefora Mobile AG (MBO), Panorama9 Inc, AnyTech365 (acquired by Zalatoris Corp), and Industrias Mora SA. He held the positions of Executive Chairman, Non-Executive Director, and Executive Board Advisor. He is a Turnaround & Strategy Expert with multiple successful exits in the Technology sector. He is well connected in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industries and possesses vast knowledge about traditional IPOs and SPAC IPOs. He holds an MBA from Syracuse University in New York. Mr. Turunen is an Ex-Olympian and World Champion Mogul Skier. He represented his native country, Finland, in the Olympic Games in 1988 and 1992. Nowadays, he is still a keen skier and golfer. He is a Finnish citizen.
