Dr. De Prati has held Board Memberships in various private and listed companies for several years. Currently he serves on the Board of Rothschild & Co. Bank AG and Adecoagro (AGRO). Prior to that, Dr. De Prati worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 12 years where he held the positions of CEO and Country Head Switzerland. He began his career as an Investment Banker at CS First Boston. Dr. De Prati holds a degree in political economy and a doctorate in economics from the University of Zurich. Christian enjoys various types of sport, especially football skiing and surfing and is passionate about art and travelling. He is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Gabris previously worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at the Private Banking unit of Lombard Odier in Zurich and Geneva. Prior to that, he worked as a Research Sell-Side Analyst at Lombard Odier in Zurich and as an Analyst at the Institutional Asset Management unit of UBS in Zurich. Mr. Gabris holds an MBA degree from Columbia University (New York) and a Master of Science in Production Management from the Swiss Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager (AZEK-CFPI). Mr. Gabris is a car and motor racing enthusiast. He is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Welti previously worked at Sygnum Bank as Group Head of Legal & Compliance. Prior to that he was in the Financial Services Leadership Team and held the position of Head Regulatory, Compliance & Legal at Deloitte Switzerland as well as was Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel at a Private Banking firm in Zurich. Mr. Welti began his career at an international business law firm. Mr. Welti holds a Master's in Law from the University of St. Gallen and a LL.M. in International Business Law (CAS) from the University of Zurich. He has participated in a number of industry expert groups and has also been a guest lecturer on private and business law at the University of St Gallen. Mr. Welti is a passionate tennis player, skier and cyclist. He is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Gabris is co-founder of Goldbach Capital AG, a multi-family office specializing in wealth and estate planning and based in Switzerland. After working at UBS in the controlling department and as deputy CFO of a Swiss family-controlled company active in the automotive industry, Mr. Gabris worked for more than 13 years as a tax expert for the Canton of Neuchatel in Switzerland. He has developed an extensive network among Swiss and international entrepreneurs, as well as with corporations and various government authorities both in Switzerland and abroad. Mr. Gabris holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Neuchâtel. Mr. Gabris is a car enthusiast and passionate about sports and nutrition. He is a Swiss citizen and the brother of our founder and CEO.

Mr. Gabris previously worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at the Private Banking unit of Lombard Odier in Zurich and Geneva. Mr. Kamer previously worked as a senior client advisor at UBS Swiss Financial Advisers AG in Zurich, the SEC unit of UBS. He focused on advising US clients with international connections, typically persons with dual tax status. Mr. Kamer is advising high net worth individuals either directly or indirectly through their family offices and trusted advisors. Prior to that, Mr. Kamer worked as UBS Branch Manager, with a focus on the Executives and Entrepreneurs, Sports and Entertainment client segment. Mr. Kamer holds an Executive Program Degree from the Swiss Finance Institute in Zurich and a Swiss Federal Diploma in Banking. Mr. Kamer is a passionate tennis & golf player and a family man. He is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Homann previously worked as Head of the Desk servicing Multi Family Offices and Independent Asset Managers at Bank J. Safra Sarasin in Zurich. Prior to that, Mr. Homann worked at UBS in Zurich servicing MFOs primarily based in London and in the UBS Product Team focusing on Estate Planning Solutions for International Clients. He started his career in the Management Consulting area of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Homann is Partner and COO of the firm. He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University in Sweden. He first came to Switzerland for an Exchange Program at University of St. Gallen in 1998 and has remained in Switzerland since then. Mr. Homann is a keen skier, likes to mountain bike and play tennis and golf. He is a Swedish and Swiss citizen.

Mr. Blauth previously worked as Head of Wealth Management Zurich at Vontobel Swiss Wealth Advisors AG, the SEC unit of Bank Vontobel. He was one of the Founding Partners, Member of the Management Board as well as Voting Member of the Investment Committee. Prior to that, he was working as a Relationship Manager at Zurich-based private bank Maerki Baumann & Co, where he focused on advising US clients living outside of the US. He started his career at Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC), which is UBS AG today. Mr. Blauth has over 30 years of experience in Private Banking. He has been trained in numerous educational programs and is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor. Mr. Blauth is a car enthusiast, enjoys travelling and playing golf. He is a Swiss & German citizen.

Mr. Phillips previously worked as Head of UK and Northern Europe at Trinkler & Partners in Zurich. Prior to that, he worked at Artorius Wealth, a company he co-founded and where he was responsible for overseeing the Swiss business from its launch in 2014 until the company was sold in 2022. Mr. Phillips started his career with Lloyds Private Banking UK, later relocating to their Geneva office in 2007 where he held the position Head of Private Clients. He went on to join Credit Suisse in Zurich as a Director in the UK International Team. Mr. Phillips has extensive experience in UK Tax Planning to complement investment strategies and help wealthy individuals with their succession planning. Mr. Phillips is a father of two children, a keen snowboarder and tennis player. He is a British citizen.

Mr. Eisenring has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously worked as a Senior Private Banker and Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse, Zurich, covering the Mexican Market. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Private Banker at ABN AMRO Bank in Zurich covering different European Markets. He started his career in Investment Banking as a Forex Exchange Trader at Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) in Zurich and London. Mr. Eisenring has been trained internally at the different banks he worked for and participated in numerous cross-border, investment and estate planning programs. He is fluent in Spanish, English and German. Mr. Eisenring enjoys travelling, and playing golf. He is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Garcia comes to Alpen Partners with a 30-year career in Private Banking and Commercial Banking in Mexico, the USA and Europe (London, Monaco and Geneva). Throughout his career, Mr. Garcia cultivated personal relationships with leading Mexican families and advised them both as Institutional Clients and for Personal Banking relationships. He previously worked at the Senior Management level for Bear Stearns and Alex Brown, which later became Deutsche Bank/Alex Brown. Mr. Garcia served on the Management Board of the Banque Pasche Monaco and was in charge of the Ultra High Net-Worth Desk. Mr. Garcia attended the School of Finance at the University of Denver, the General Motors Management Development Program in Michigan and the Shearson Lehman/American Express Financial Consultant Internship Program. He is a Private Pilot and enjoys trekking in the Alps. He is a dual Mexican/US national.

Mr. Iglehart previously worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Geneva. He focused on advising Key Clients from Switzerland and Western Europe. He started his career at Deutsche Bank, first as an Alternative Investment Specialist. Later, he joined the Middle East Team as Business Manager, before joining Bank CIC Switzerland as a Relationship Manager for the Swiss market with a focus on Executive Entrepreneurs and Institutional Clients. Mr. Iglehart holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Geneva (HEC) as well as several banking certifications. He is passionate about new technologies and astrophysics. He also enjoys traveling, scuba diving and motor sports. Mr. Iglehart is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Turunen previously worked as a Board Member in various international companies, like Ifolor AG, Minick AG (acquired by Swisscom AG), Distefora Mobile AG (MBO), Panorama9 Inc, AnyTech365 (acquired by Zalatoris Corp), and Industrias Mora SA. He held the positions of Executive Chairman, Non-Executive Director, and Executive Board Advisor. He is a Turnaround & Strategy Expert with multiple successful exits in the Technology sector. He is well connected in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industries and possesses vast knowledge about traditional IPOs and SPAC IPOs. He holds an MBA from Syracuse University in New York. Mr. Turunen is an Ex-Olympian and World Champion Mogul Skier. He represented his native country, Finland, in the Olympic Games in 1988 and 1992. Nowadays, he is still a keen skier and golfer. He is a Finnish citizen.

Mr. Bösch previously worked as a Senior Relationship Manager of Hyposwiss Advisors, primarily advising Canadian clients. He was Head of the Zurich Office as well as Voting Member of the Investment Committee. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Relationship Manager, Team Leader and Deputy to the Market Head North America International at Credit Suisse in Zurich. Mr. Bösch holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Banking and Finance from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur. In addition, Mr. Bösch holds a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute and he is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) in Switzerland. Mr. Bösch is a padel-tennis enthusiast and enjoys travelling and hiking. He is a Swiss and Austrian citizen.

Ms. Calisti previously worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Julius Baer in Zurich. Prior to that, she worked as Senior Relationship Manager at UBS Wealth Management in Zurich and in Milan. She is advising mostly Italian-speaking clients, with a focus on Executives and Entrepreneurs. Ms. Calisti holds a Master’s Degree in Economy from the University of Napoli. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in Padua (Italy). She is also a Certified Promotore Finanziario (PR) in Italy and a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) in Switzerland. Ms. Calisti enjoys travelling, scuba diving and surfing. She is an Italian citizen.

Mr. Erny previously worked for over a decade as a Senior Relationship Manager at Julius Baer in Zurich with a focus on European and Israeli clients. Prior to that, he worked in the Treasury and Finance Department of Credit Suisse before joining the Relationship Management Team in Zurich. He started his career in the Insurance Business at Nationale Suisse. Mr. Erny holds an Advanced Swiss Federal Certificate of Higher Education in Business Administration and is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) (SAQ). He dedicates his free time to the Motion Picture Industry and to charitable initiatives for a nonprofit foundation. He is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Gassmann previously worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Julius Baer. He has more than 40 years’ experience in the Financial Industry with a focus on European and Israeli clients. He began his career at Credit Suisse, where he held various positions for 28 years and spent several years in London, Frankfurt and Vienna, where he was a Board Member of the local Asset Management Company. He has extensive experience in cultivating successful long-term client relationships and developing tailor-made investment solutions. He is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA). Mr. Gassmann and his wife have two children and a grandchild. In his free time, Mr. Gassmann enjoys travelling and outdoor activities with his family, biking and golf. He is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Molliere previously worked as a Senior client investment advisor at Julius Baer in Zurich and as a Senior investment manager at Credit Suisse in Zurich and Geneva covering the UK market. Mr. Molliere began his career with JP Morgan in London as an equity analyst and fixed income sales-trading professional. Mr. Molliere holds a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the University Paris Dauphine and a Master of Science in Finance and Econometrics from the University of London. He is also a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) in Switzerland. Mr. Molliere enjoys kitesurfing on the Red Sea and Mixed Martial Arts. He is a French and Swiss citizen.

Ms. Grichina previously worked as a Senior Investment Advisor at Julius Baer in Zurich. Prior to that, she was a Senior Investment Advisor at UBS in Zurich and held positions at Allianz Hedge Fund Partners in San Francisco as a Member of the Investment Committee, and at Citigroup in London as an Investment Fund Analyst. Ms. Grichina holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Solvay Business School, Brussels University. In her free time, Ms. Grichina enjoys sailing and traveling. She is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Lim joined Alpen Partners from Pictet North America Advisors, where he worked as Senior Wealth Management Consultant. Prior to that, he advised US clients with UBS Swiss Financial Advisers AG in Zurich, the SEC unit of UBS. Previously, Mr. Lim was a Wealth Management Consultant with UBS Bank (Canada) in Vancouver serving High Net Worth Private Clients. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Lim held various positions within the Private Banking Division of Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) in Zurich covering the Asian, European and Middle East markets. Mr. Lim received his Bachelor in Economics & Business Administration at the University of Applied Science in Zurich. He has extensive experience in cultivating successful long-term client relationships and developing tailor-made investment solutions. Prior to that, he worked in Institutional Equity Sales at Citibank in Zurich and as a Senior Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse Zurich, first for the Venezuelan and then for the US market. Mr. Besterman previously worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Ameliora Wealth Management covering US-based clients. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Specialist and Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse, UBS and Julius Baer. His key areas of focus have been in developing relationships and providing bespoke professional services. He has over 30 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry and his experience and knowledge of investment solutions have allowed him to provide and maintain consistent service and guidance to his clients. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. Mr. Besterman enjoys rugby, skiing and golf. He is a Swiss and US citizen.

Mr. Dürmüller previously ran his own Wealth Management firm in Zurich, which catered to U.S. and German Clients. Prior to that he held the position of Head of Private Banking at AIG Private Bank in Zurich as well as the Deputy Head of Private Banking at Julius Baer in Zurich. He attended the Executive Management Program at Harvard University in Boston and various internal management seminars provided by AIG and Bank Julius Bär during his time at those banks. Mr. Dürmüller enjoys motorsports, skiing, and international travel. He is a Swiss Citizen.

Ms. Waldner previously held the position of COO at a Wealth Management firm in Zurich. Prior to that she was a Relationship Manager at UBS and at Bank Julius Baer in Zurich. She began her career at UBS over 25 years ago. She attended several education programs during her time at Julius Baer and UBS. Ms. Waldner enjoys skiing, international travel, and other sporting activities. She is a Swiss Citizen.

Mr. Jacobsen has more than 15 years of experience in the Financial Industry and has worked in various countries. He was previously a Senior Private Banker and Relationship Manager at UBS in Mexico City. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse, both at the Headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, and in Mexico. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jacobsen worked at Citibank/Banamex in the Sales & Structure Department as well as at the Trading Desks in Mexico, Brazil and the US (New York). Mr. Jacobsen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico City and an MBA from IPADE Business School in Mexico. Mr. Jacobsen enjoys sailing, diving and cycling. He is a Chilean citizen.

Mr. Dübi has over 20 years of experience in Private Banking. He previously worked as a Senior Private Banker for Julius Baer covering the Mexican Market. He started his career in the Financial Services of Mercedes-Benz Mexico, where he was based for 5 years, before joining the Private Banking unit of UBS as a Relationship Manager. He then moved to Credit Suisse in Zurich to work as a Senior Private Banker. Mr. Dübi holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin and a degree in Applied Sciences from the University of Bern. He is a Certified Wealth Manager. Mr. Dübi enjoys skiing, sailing and playing golf. He is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Küng previously worked at Bank Vontobel in Zurich and Geneva, where he served as a Client Advisor working with U.S.- and Canadian-based clients. Prior to that, he held Client Advisor roles at SB Saanen Bank, Mercantil Bank Schweiz, Sberbank (Switzerland) AG, and Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva. Mr. Küng holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Finance from Webster University, Geneva. Ms. Ackermann previously worked in the Portfolio Management unit of Rothschild Bank AG in Zurich as an assistant. Prior to Rothschild, she worked for private banks like Lombard Odier and Pictet & Cie., as an assistant in the Portfolio Management and Private Banking Departments. Ms. Ackermann is part of our Private Clients’ Services Team. She addresses our clients for all their sophisticated requests. She works closely with our partners on client-facing activities and with our Portfolio Management Team. Ms. Ackermann is a passionate skier and snowboarder who enjoys traveling and diving. She is a Swiss citizen.

Mr. Mettenleiter has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with more than 29 years in Private Banking for U.S. customers, managing their wealth through international diversification. He joined from Vontobel Swiss Wealth Advisors, the SEC unit of Bank Vontobel, where he was one of the Founding Partners and Wealth Management Advisor of the Wealth Management Team in Zurich. Prior to that, he was Team Associate and Wealth Management Advisor at UBS Swiss Financial Advisers, the SEC unit of UBS AG, in Zurich. He started his career also in Zurich at UBS AG and former Swiss Bank Corporation, where he served as Assistant for U.S. Private Individuals. Mr. Mettenleiter has been trained internally at these different banks, has participated in numerous educational programs and is a certified Wealth Management Advisor. Ms. Schaffner has previously worked as an Executive Assistant at an Independent Asset Manager in Zurich. Prior to that, she worked for several private banks including Baumann & Cie. Banquiers and Rothschild Bank AG. She has many years of experience in private banking. Ms. Schaffner is part of our Private Clients Services team and works closely with our Partners and the Portfolio Management Team to provide our clients with high-quality service. Mr. Boehme previously worked in various positions at different External Asset Management firms, supporting Relationship Managers, local Managing Directors, and the Board of Directors in their functions. Prior to that, he worked at Credit Suisse as part of the UK/Ireland Private Banking Team focusing on HNW and UHNW clients. Mr. Boehme is part of our Private Client Services Team, working closely with partners and the Portfolio Management Team to deliver exceptional services to all our clients domestically in Switzerland and abroad. Mr. Boehme is passionate about cars, golf, and ice hockey. He is a German citizen.

Mr. Steiner previously worked in the Wealth Management unit of UBS Swiss Financial Advisers AG in Zurich, the SEC unit of UBS. Prior to UBS, Mr. Steiner worked in the Global External Asset Management Division of Credit Suisse Zurich as a Business Risk Officer. Mr. Steiner is part of our Private Clients’ Services Team and serves clients for all their sophisticated financial needs. He works closely with our partners to offer clients a holistic solution. He studied Banking and Finance and has been active in the Private Banking Industry for more than 10 years. Mr. Steiner enjoys mountain biking and is an enthusiastic snowboarder. Ms. Helbling previously worked as a Wealth Management and Executive Assistant at an Independent Asset Manager in Zurich. Prior to that she worked as Practice Administrator and Executive Assistant at BearingPoint. Ms. Helbling is part of our Private Clients Services Team working closely with our Partners and Portfolio Management Team to provide a high-quality service to our clients. Mr. Mousson previously worked as a Client Account Manager in Global Wealth Management at UBS in Zurich, where he was responsible for covering the Iberian market. Prior to this, he completed a three-year banking apprenticeship at UBS AG, gaining comprehensive experience across various departments and branches. At Alpen Partners, he is part of the Private Clients’ Services Team, supporting our partners in addressing the sophisticated needs of our clientele and working closely with the Portfolio Management Team. Ms. Savic previously worked in the hospitality industry in Austria, holding both front and back-office functions. Prior to that, she focused on completing her Matura at the Higher Institute for Economic Professions in Innsbruck, where her focus was on business and languages. At Alpen Partners, Ms. Savic is part of our Private Clients’ Services Team, supporting our partners in addressing the sophisticated needs of our clientele and working closely with the Portfolio Management Team. Ms. Demharter joined Alpen Partners with 10 years of banking experience. She started her career working in Risk Management at HSBC, then joined Scotiabank in the Corporate Banking unit before becoming a Private Banking Assistant at UBS. At UBS, Ms. Demharter was focused on providing a highly personalized service for customers. Ms. Demharter is part of our Private Clients’ Services Team, helping to build sustainable relationships with our clients and assisting with clients’ special requests and inquiries. Ms. Demharter holds a BA in Finance and is a passionate traveler and art enthusiast. She is a German citizen.

Ms. Niezgoda has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with more than 19 years across Wealth Management, Fund Accounting, and Private Banking. She joins us from Bank Vontobel, where she held the role of Assistant Relationship Manager at the UK & Nordics Desk. Prior to that she held roles at JP Morgan, BENDURA Bank, Credit Suisse, BNY Mellon and State Street. She started her career at UBS in Poland, where she was a member of the Risk Control Team for Managed Funds. Ms. Niezgoda holds a Master’s Degree in Banking, Management & Marketing from Jagiellonian University in Cracow. In her free time, she enjoys playing football. She is a Polish citizen.

Ms. Molina previously worked at Rocken AG, where she held the role of Social Media Manager and was responsible for the firm’s social media presence. Prior to that, she worked at emineo AG and Siemens AG, where she gained valuable experience in marketing and sales, particularly in B2B marketing. Ms. Molina holds a Master’s degree in Fashion & Luxury Marketing from Toulouse Business School. She is a Marketing Manager at Alpen Partners, where she helps lead key marketing initiatives. In her free time, Ms. Molina is working toward becoming a certified Pilates teacher, enjoys traveling, and stays active. She is a Swiss and Guatemalan citizen.

Ms. Garcia previously worked for the Monegasque government as Global Director of Young Leaders at Monaco Private Label, where she led international initiatives focused on next-generation leadership, business development, and cross-border stakeholder engagement. Prior to that, she held roles at BlackRock in Mexico and Hibachi in New York. Ms. Garcia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Northeastern University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She currently works at Alpen Partners, where she supports research, strategic initiatives, and special projects. In her free time, she is deeply engaged in the arts and philanthropy, with a particular interest in cultural institutions, contemporary art, and initiatives that connect capital with social impact. Ms. Aubail previously worked as a Relationship Manager within Private Banking at Credit Suisse, based in one of their offices in the Greater Zurich Area. Prior to that, she worked as a Relationship Manager at Raiffeisenbank. She holds a degree in Banking & Economics from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences in Zurich. Ms. Aubail is part of our Private Client Team, where she works closely with our partners and Portfolio Management Team to provide a high-quality service to our clients. Ms. Aubail is a passionate free diver, enjoys sports, good food, and listening to music. She is a Swiss citizen.

Ms. Daniel previously worked as an Assistant in Private Banking for a boutique advisory firm specialized in asset management and family office services, before joining Alpen Partners. Prior to this, Ms. Daniel worked as a Client Services Representative for a subsidiary of Credit Suisse, which provided Treasury Services to corporate clients. Ms. Daniel has gathered experience in securities services doing settlements and back-office work mainly for banks and institutional clients at UBS AG. Ms. Daniel is part of our Private Clients’ Services Team. She addresses our clients for all their high-end requests and works closely with our partners on client-facing activities. Mr. Hollenstein previously worked as Senior Partner and Deputy Head of the Zurich office for a Swiss based Multi Family Office. Prior to that he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse’s EAM division, serving Independent Asset Managers in Switzerland and abroad. Mr. Hollenstein started his career in the early ‘90’s as an FX trader with UBS and the Industrial Bank of Japan. Mr. Hollenstein is Head of Business Development at Alpen Partners. He is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (SAQ). Mr. Hollenstein enjoys various sporting activities, music, and classic cars. He is a Swiss and Irish citizen.

Mr. Da Silva previously worked at UBS as an Investment and Wealth Management Advisor, where he specialized in delivering tailored advisory services in long-term wealth strategies. Prior to that, he participated in UBS’s esteemed JUNA Talent Development Program. Mr. Da Silva holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the ZHAW School of Management and Law. He is currently a Business and Project Manager at Alpen Partners, where he contributes to driving key strategic initiatives. Mr. Da Silva is passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures. He is a Swiss and Portuguese citizen.

Mr. Lukas previously worked in sales for a PropTech startup and at Zurich Sotheby’s International Realty. Prior to that, he worked at Schoellerbank in Vienna and at a consulting firm for private banks and family offices in the DACH region. Mr. Lukas holds a Master of Science in International Banking and Finance from Lingnan University (Hong Kong) and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. In addition, he holds two Bachelor of Science degrees and an Austrian accounting certificate. Mr. Lukas enjoys tennis and alpine sports. He is a Swiss and French citizen.

Mr. Gabris is co-founder of Goldbach Capital AG, a multi-family office specializing in wealth and estate planning and based in Switzerland. After working at UBS in the controlling department and as deputy CFO of a Swiss family-controlled company active in the automotive industry, Mr. Gabris worked for more than 13 years as a tax expert for the Canton of Neuchatel in Switzerland. He has developed an extensive network among Swiss and international entrepreneurs, as well as with corporations and various government authorities both in Switzerland and abroad. Mr. Gabris holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Neuchâtel. Mr. Gabris is a car enthusiast and passionate about sports and nutrition. He is a Swiss citizen and the brother of our founder and CEO.
